Outstanding Customer Service – Discount Tire, Broadway, Chula Vista Date: September 1, 2026 Arrival: Approximately 8:30 AM | Departure: Approximately 9:15 AM I would like to take a moment to recognize the outstanding customer service I experienced this morning at the Discount Tire store on Broadway in Chula Vista. As soon as I arrived at approximately 8:30 AM, the first technician to come out and greet me was Alexis. He immediately welcomed me and asked how he could help. I had picked up a screw in the street and needed my flat tire serviced. From check-in to check-out, the entire process was completed in approximately 45 minutes, and I was on my way by about 9:15 AM. Throughout the process, I was regularly approached with updates and information about what was being done, which made me feel informed, welcomed, and valued as a customer. Alexis and the entire team were friendly, professional, and genuinely seemed to enjoy what they do. The smiles, professional greetings, and willingness to help made it clear that they truly care about providing an exceptional customer experience. Absolutely the best Discount Tire I have been to in San Diego. All of the staff are very kind and welcoming but if you do come to this one ask for Louis he is the BEST, he explains everything and is so friendly and professional and his customer service is 100.I had a flat and it was patched and they made sure to fill all my tires including my spare that was on and I was in and out in less than an hour. It was quick and easy this place really won’t let you down.

A huge thanks to the team at Discount Tires. I had a great experience from the moment I called and spoke with Louis. The customer service is top notch. The prices are fantastic, the process was explained, the cost, the services and their program. My car had new shoes in less than 2 hours.I am glad that I chose Discount Tires over Costco. The manager, Joe, called me this morning regarding my response to their customer service email. I was pleasantly surprised by the call—it left me with the impression that Discount Tire truly values its customers like family. Without that personal touch, I probably wouldn’t have returned.
